About Us

We’re here to deliver uncompromising care, not chase clinic numbers.

For more than 30 years, North Parramatta Physiotherapy & Sports Injuries has been a trusted part of the local community. Founded by husband‑and‑wife directors Peter and Mary Knapman, the practice was built on a simple promise: treat every client with the same dedication they give elite athletes, and never cut corners on quality.

Elite teams put that promise to the test. Over the decades our directors have worked with Parramatta NRL, Parramatta Soccer, the Young Socceroos and, most recently, the Wentworthville Leagues First Grade side. The on‑field results and rapid returns these athletes achieve flow straight back into the everyday care we provide to weekend warriors, workers and families alike.

Recovery thrives in the right environment, so we built one. Our purpose‑designed studio pairs private treatment rooms with a fully equipped Pilates and strength zone, complete with reformers and sports‑specific gear, allowing you to progress seamlessly from hands‑on pain relief to high‑performance conditioning in the one location.

You’ll find us on Albert Street in the heart of North Parramatta, with free on‑street parking, easy bus links and extended hours (7 am – 7 pm weekdays, 8 am – 12 pm Saturdays). Getting world‑class physiotherapy should never be the hardest part of your day and with us, it isn’t.
